What is the difference between the Core Plan and the Pro Plan?
The main difference is bandwidth and speed. The Core Plan provides part-time design capacity with a Single Project Queue, meaning we work on one request at a time, and delivers initial mockups in 72 hours. The Pro Plan offers full-time capacity, including a Double Project Queue (two requests worked on concurrently), Priority Project Handling, and faster 48-hour mockups. It's designed for companies with constant, high-volume design needs.
How does the "Single Project Queue" work?
Your project queue determines our focus. On the Core Plan, you can submit unlimited requests to your dashboard, but your dedicated team will only actively work on one request at a time. Once that request is approved or moved to revisions, we immediately start the next request in your queue. This ensures focused, high-quality execution.
What is the minimum commitment, and how does billing work?
The initial minimum commitment is 2 months for both plans. This phase is crucial for deep brand onboarding and foundational work. Following the initial term, the contract renews for 6-month terms. All billing is processed monthly via Stripe.
What types of design projects can you handle?
We function as a full-service extension of your team. This includes (but is not limited to): UI/UX design (web/app), branding and identity, marketing materials, social media graphics, pitch decks, white papers, custom illustrations, and ad creatives.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription after the minimum commitment period (2 months initial, then 6 months renewal). If you pause, you retain access to your project dashboard and files, and you can resume the service immediately when your needs change.
How do I communicate requests, track progress, and provide feedback?
All communication, project submission, progress tracking, and feedback are handled through your dedicated Project Tracking Dashboard. This centralized platform ensures transparency, efficiency, and a clear audit trail for every task your team completes.
How are "unlimited iterations" managed?
Unlimited iterations mean we work with you until you are satisfied with the final design. For efficiency, we structure the process into clear feedback rounds. Once a mockup is presented, you provide consolidated feedback, and we iterate. This process continues until the design is approved and moves out of your active queue.
Is the price competitive compared to hiring an in-house team?
Absolutely. Our subscription price is significantly less than the total cost of hiring a Senior Designer in the US, Canada, or Australia (which typically exceeds $100k annually plus benefits, software, and overhead).
